Serving as a Registered Nurse and Corporate Health Consultant, Natasha excels in enhancing employee well-being, particularly in transportation. Her innovative strategies ensure regulatory compliance while fostering a pervasive culture of health within organizations. Natasha's journey began with a deep-seated desire to make a tangible impact, propelling her to become a pivotal figure in corporate health consultancy.

Tasha Hairston Springs, a fervent advocate for road safety, is driven by her own harrowing experience with a life-altering crash in 2012. Through her company MAD Solutions, Tasha developed the MAD method, a 21-day program combating distracted driving habits. With a Bachelor's in Child and Adolescent Development, she continues her education, pursuing a Master's in Psychology. Ladda Love Hawkins, is a licensed transportation insurance risk manager, professional educator and META certified digital marketer. Her trucking focused marketing agency, My Own Lane Consultants, provides compliance training and marketing services for start-up trucking entrepreneurs.
