The Women in Trucking Advisory Board includes 16 founding members, including the President of AAWTA, Nicole Ward
Her roles promise substantial benefits for African American women in trucking. As a board member, she advocates for policies fostering diversity and equity.
Nicole's mission as a board member is to represent African Americans and ensure these women have a stronger voice, which, in turn, improves opportunities and representation for them and benefits the broader trucking industry.
