Our mission is to highlight individuals and businesses that have demonstrated exceptional innovation, leadership, and positive impact in the trucking sector.

- Nomination Process: Our community is encouraged to actively participate by nominating remarkable African American women and supportive businesses in the trucking industry. These nominations play a crucial role in acknowledging the hard work, dedication, and achievements that might otherwise go unrecognized.
- Nomination Criteria & Submission: To nominate an individual or a business, please answer the questions provided in the nomination form. Our aim is to gather insightful information that truly captures the essence and impact of the nominee's contributions to the trucking industry. Nomination take place until the 14th of each month
- Notification of Nominees: All nominees will be informed of their nomination, recognizing their contributions and informing them of their potential to be awarded.
- Voting Process: On the 15th of each month, voting will open for up to 5 nominees. This is your chance to support and endorse the achievements of your peers, highlighting those who have made significant impacts.
- Award Announcement: Winners will be announced on the 2nd of the following month. Award recipients will be notified directly and celebrated across our platforms for their exemplary contributions to the trucking community.
